Similarly you need to get your diet in order and it is highly recommended that you start consuming green vegetables and fruits instead of fried food items. A few days into this routine would make you feel fresh and your urge to smoke would disappear.

 It is important to stick to the routine and once you go through a few months with the routine, it would become a habit and it would not seem like ‘effort’.
