Each campus has an extensive library. Every subject taught here is comprehensively covered with a total of more than 800,000 books. You’ll be able to come and browse or you can always access our electronic libraries from the comfort of your own computer. We offer a comprehensive learning environment, with electronic books and journals, a virtual learning environment for students to communicate with tutors, and WiFi access across the University. The University has a number of high-spec engineering and science labs as well as a blood biochemistry lab, a biomechanics lab, a motor control lab, a muscle function and exercise performance lab, and a multi-media research lab.
There are lecture theatres and teaching rooms with state-of-the-art equipment, and a brand new language lab facility, featuring plasma wall screens and individual stations for private and independent working.
